A new build house on a ‘text book’ perfect site in Rathfarnham. The brief looked to demolish the existing house and design a new home with larger living spaces, looking out to the rear garden and golf course beyond.

The site with a wide frontage, southerly facing garden, and view over the golf course provided an ideal opportunity to create a striking house with a definite presence when viewed from 14thhole.
