View Over the Bay

About This Project

The existing house built in the 1970’s had a distinct modern style but poor internal layout. The design approach was to retain the look and style of the house and transform the interior into a family home maximising the stunning views over Dublin bay. The design solution for the house used the existing frame structure of the building to provide a completely new internal layout. The design concept followed the work of Eichler with a modernist architecture and design.
