The refurbishment of the former Bank building with 4 luxury apartments. The design added a penthouse level to the existing building, accommodating duplex penthouse apartments with roof terraces facing south and views of the mountains. The design looked to add a modern feel to the existing bland brick building and give a vacant building a new use.
